Achieving Head Brewer’s Club status is a badge of quality. Each member has been thoroughly assessed by a highly qualified team to ensure it serves only the finest cask beer, promising the perfect pint for every pub goer.
Cask beer is only available in the pub and furthermore is the only truly fresh beer on the bar. Bursting with flavour, it’s the most natural way of drinking beer without the need for a single preservative. Each Head Brewer’s Club member is committed to every single pint served, making sure that the temperature, taste and appearance are all spot on.
Cask beer arrives at a pub as an unfinished product and the brewing process continues in the cellar as it undergoes secondary fermentation. Because cask beer is a living product, has to be maintained in the best condition possible. Members of the Head Brewer’s Club have undergone the best cellar training in the industry to ensure the beer is expertly cared for and is poured to perfection.
